What You’ll Do

  • Conduct Radon Assessments: Perform radon testing and assessments in residential and commercial properties to determine the presence and levels of radon gas.

  • Design Mitigation Systems: Design and develop effective radon mitigation systems tailored to the specific characteristics of each property, ensuring efficient reduction of radon levels.

​

  • Install Mitigation Systems: Skillfully install radon mitigation systems, including sub-slab depressurization, ventilation systems, and other proven techniques to ensure successful mitigation.

  • Monitor and Evaluate: Continuously monitor radon mitigation systems' performance and evaluate their effectiveness through post-mitigation testing.
     

  • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to educate them about radon risks, explain mitigation strategies, and address any concerns or questions they may have.

  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest radon mitigation technologies, industry standards, and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients and maintain professional growth.

Who You are

  • Certified Radon Professional: Hold relevant certifications as a radon mitigator and/or radon measurement specialist, demonstrating expertise in radon mitigation techniques and protocols.

  • Technical Skills: Possess a strong understanding of building systems and construction, with the ability to assess and install radon mitigation systems efficiently and effectively.

  • Problem Solver: Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills to analyze radon data, identify entry points, and design customized mitigation solutions for each property.

  • Detail-Oriented: Display meticulous attention to detail when conducting radon assessments, performing installations, and ensuring the accuracy of post-mitigation testing.

  • Customer-Focused: Prioritize excellent customer service, communicate clearly with clients, and address their concerns while guiding them through the radon mitigation process.
